Peja Stojakovic is back in the house, but not HIS house Peja回到国王的主场但这不再是他的主场了 It's with a heavy dose of karma that the Mavericks are in Sacramento tonight for Peja Stojakovic's second game as a Maverick. He used to light up this place when he was a member of the Kings in their glory days. Peja替小牛打的第二场比赛就回到国王的主场了~ 在过去属於国王的光荣时刻他和他的队友照亮了这个球场~ As Dirk Nowitzki said after shootaround today: "This is the house that Peja built.'' To which Stojakovic responded: "This house was built before we were born.'' Dirk:"这是Peja一手建立起来的~" Peja回道:"这体育馆早在我们出生前就盖好了XD" Well, Arco Arena isn't quite that old, even though there are talks afoot to build a new basketball palace in Sacramento. Oops. We have to retract that. Power Balance Pavilion isn't that old. Yes, this place got a name change this week, although it's not going to be official until March 1. So until then, we'll continue calling it Arco Arena. By the way, Power Balance produces sports bracelets that are supposed to help athletic performance. However, even the company admits that there is no "credible scientific evidence'' that the product works. And in fact, it was sued three times in the U.S. recently over claims of false advertising. Sort of like the Kings with their draft picks. (这边讲国王主场似乎有要盖新球场还有球场名子之类的就不仔细翻啦~) But we digress. Stojakovic will be coming back to where he cut his NBA teeth earlier in this decade and it's always fun for him to be in Sacramento. 回到正题 Peja将回到他球员生涯所待的地方~ 对他来说这里永远都是充满笑声的~ "It's not my first time coming back,'' he said. "The first time, the following year, it was a little different. But later on, you play so many games that it was just another game. I can't predict what kind of reception I'll get. The Spurs announced the move before Tuesday night's game against the Detroit Pistons in Auburn Hills, signing Novak from the Reno Bighorns of the NBA Development League. Novak appeared in seven games for the Dallas Mavericks this season, playing 18 total minutes and scoring 11 points. Novak was a second-round draft pick in 2006 by the Houston Rockets and played two seasons with them. He spent two seasons with the Los Angeles Clippers before heading to Dallas .
