LAS VEGAS - Dallas Mavericks forward Dirk Nowitzki will become the first Europe

Although NBA Commissioner David Stern chooses roster replacements for injured
players, the All-Star coaches decide who starts in place of injured starters.
虽然是由NBA总裁Stern来选受伤代替的球员,但是先发名单可以由教头选
Nash's shoulder injury made the decision for D'Antoni, who has two other Suns
All-Stars (center Amare Stoudemire and forward Shawn Marion) on the West team.
