标题[问题]有关电子学的Early voltage如何从hspice得到

就是做模拟的时候Va没有直接写出来要手算估计
取多条IV curve相除计算平均的话又很不准
只知道Va=Leff[dx/dVds]*e-1
请问Leff [dx/dVds]在制程档(.l档)里面的代号是什麽呢？
或是有更好的方法 谢谢
