"MMA is like the blade of the knife, it's where the real work gets done. Tradi
tional martial arts are like a Swiss army knife, lots of function but not very
practical when you need to do some serious cutting. People carry it around wi
th them but don't use or test 99% of what they have and then when they really
need it they fumble around looking for the right tool."
