this as he talked. Hope it makes at least some sense..
Closed-head injury, concussion
接近头部的伤，有脑震荡现象
Preliminary tests are reassuring
初步的诊断是正面的
May not be very serious
也许不会太严重
Observed overnight
要整个晚上持续观察
More tests tomorrow
明天会有更多的检查
Didn't lose consciousness
没有失去意识
Was able to move arms/legs
可以自己移动手脚
Felt normal sensation
其他知觉都很正常
Bad headache
剧烈的头痛
Knew what happened to him
知道自己发生了什麽事
Right behind his right ear
伤在他的右耳後方
No indication of fracture or broken skin
初步判定没有骨头破裂或皮肤裂伤
Neurosurgeons taking care of him
神经科医师随行照顾
X-Ray, CT Scans will happen. MRI up to the Neurosurgeon.
要照X光，电脑断层，MRI。
Maybe a day or two to get a better read on the situation.
需要一两天才能更详细的了解状况。
