所以答案是C, 因为他们需要比较好的找路系统

而多数成员以前其实是同一个小组,他们後来是因为一些冲突问题而被分散到其他部门。

: A TO(任务导向) B RO (关系导向)
: 个人看法:费得勒的权变 其情境有三要素 领导者和部属关系 任务结构 领导者权力基础
: 但题目看不太出这三要素 有没有高手能解说 谢谢
我对权变模式没有很熟,但是我觉得是 任务导向, 因为既然是high levels of conflict,
关系导向可能比较没用。
