刚才收到通知，9/16-17台湾冠军赛的第二次轮抽将使用三包骤霜，其余赛程并无改变；准备参与冠军赛的玩家请特别注意。

Hi Everyone,
Please inform the players that there will be a last mintue change in the
draft format for Nationals 2006.
The affected Nationals will be as follows:
Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia and Philippines
Due to popular demand, The draft will be now include Coldsnap.
Draft Format
============
-For the first draft, 1 Ravnica, City of GuildsTM, 1 GuildpactTM, and 1
DissensionTM booster pack will be used for drafting
-For the second draft, 3 ColdsnapTM booster packs will be used for drafting
Constructed format
==================
Coldsnap NOT Standard Constructed legal - Philippines
Coldsnap Standard Constructed legal - Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore &
Malaysia
