Put target artifact on the bottom of its owner's library.

WB的功能好强阿！2cc单张脑切而且一定能切到key card
必要时还能拿来补血 至少能补个六滴 >"<

UG说的you own from outside the game...不会是指备牌吧??
还是被脑切切出去的也能??
Instant是它唯一的优点...
