标题[问题] xcode使用svn如何update file

请问各位前辈
我在xcode使用svn出了一个问题，
我在Organizer 新增了一个 add Repository... 可以顺利连上
找到server端的档案後 点选 check out得到我要的档案。
然後我修改了这个专案档後要上传更新，
我选择了 File -> source Control ->Commit
但xcode总会跳出一个视窗说
The operation could not be performed because no valid working copies were
found.
内容写 please verify that your files are under source control and try again.
按了ok就没了。
请问xcode使用svn要上载更新档案该如何做才是正确的呢？
我有查到之前有版友说
直接叫出Organizer Repositories再选专案去Commit or
但是我开了Repositories没有看见我刚才checkout的专案，只有看到有连上svn的那个
folder
