标题[问题] T-shirt kid与man的尺寸

不好意思，因为很怕买到尺寸不合的商品，
所以恳请有买过的板友分享一下，感谢!!
身高174 体重70 爬了一下文，如果要买T-shirt，好像M号的就可以(有错请指正)
因为也有看到有板友问youth的尺寸，所以才知道原来还有这样的买法!?

XXL的尺寸
我发现man的M，跟youth XXL 除了Sleeve 差了0.5寸 其他是是完全一模一样的尺寸
所以
我的身材买M号是ok的?? 或是买youth XXL也可以
