Trey Mancini has announced his retirement after 8 Major League seasons spent
with the Orioles, Astros, Cubs and Angels.
The 34-year-old Mancini was awarded AL Comeback Player of the Year in 2021
after missing the previous season as he battled colon cancer. He completed
his triumphant return to the game by helping the Astros to a World Series
championship in 2022.
Congratulations on a wonderful career, Trey. You are a model of courage and
perseverance for all

尽管罹患癌症，最终成功克服癌症病魔，并於2021年重回大联盟赛场，获得当年东山再起奖
之後也随着太空人队夺得世界大赛冠军
合计八年的大联盟球员生涯，陆续效力过金莺队、太空人队、小熊队以及天使队
一共出赛836场，累计缴出805支安打、129发全垒打以及404分打点
通算打击三围 .263/.327/.448 OPS 0.775
