The Texas Rangers have placed Dane Dunning on waivers, meaning any team can
claim him and assume his $2.66M salary in 2025.
If unclaimed, the Rangers can assign him to the minors.
The 2023 Rangers’ pitcher of the year has struggled heavily this Spring,
posting a 8.18 ERA and 1.91 WHIP in 11.0 IP.

因此其他球队可以从让渡名单中把他捡走，负担他在本季266万美金的年薪
另外如果没有获得别的球团青睐，游骑兵队在完成让渡程序後可以把他下放到小联盟
