标题[请益] 文管相关产品问题

想请问版上前辈
目前想要找文管的产品,只需要以下三项功能,有推荐的吗?
1.文件存取权限:设定user权限做管控
2.针对File Server 上的档案,user删改的纪录
3.不能太贵
请问以上有没有推荐的商品,感谢大家
