标题[请益] 单一国外客户信件寄不进来

各位前辈安安:
请问若今有遥远的国外公司信件寄不进来我们的伺服器，
他被退信的内容为:
Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:
[email protected]
The server has tried to deliver this message, without success, and has
stopped trying. Please try sending this message again. If the problem
continues, contact your helpdesk.
想请问我需要修改Exchange的什麽吗?
目前已知他寄送到我的Gmail是可以的，
楼上的母公司也可以收到他的邮件，
不过我们跟母公司的邮件伺服器不同。
有劳各位前辈指点迷津了。
