Q&A : p.s. 第一次发文，请多包涵 也是刚面试完, 在此攥个人品(?)分享一下一个小时前热腾腾的面经XD Interviewer : 也是Kevin Crimmins Duration : 31:00 (最後我硬要多讲一个example的关系...) 基本上没有太大变化, Kevin开头先陈述面试目的, 基本上会希望知道我哪些地方 (professional experience & hobby), 且告知是采blind interview, 身上只有 我的resume. 1. Breifly talk about your professional experience (与原PO一样, 基本上希望 你从毕业後开始介绍你的工作内容与成就) 2. Follow up questions - what does your company do? / what is your biggest acheivement? 3. Career goal - both short term and long term 4. Why MBA? (背後含义也有希望你一并解释why Olin MBA) 5. How would your team member describe you? (可以解释成你的leadership style 或是你参与专案/在团队中工作的方式为何) 6. Any Questions?
