标题[面试] Manchester MBA 面经

面试官：Dr. Spiro(商院副主任) 及一个Admission Team成员
Dr. Spiro在面试前应该十分仔细看过resume和essay，
所以面试时，几乎都是essay上没问到的。
因为问题应该因人而异，在此挑几个比较制式的分享：
1. Why MBA?
2. Why Manchester?
3. Your strength/weakness
4. How did your boss describe you?
5. How do you encourage your partners when facing an extremely tight schedule?
6. Manchester Business school emphasizes on teamwork.
How do you deal with conflicts?
7. What can you contribute to the MBA program?
8. What challenges will you face in the MBA program?
9. International experience (work/study abroad)
and how did the experience affect you?
10. Any question?
面试时间长达一小时，Dr. Spiro主问，招生人员纪录(在最後可能补充提问)，
值得一提的是：
1. 针对面试者的询问，Dr. Spiro会适时结合你的兴趣及未来发展方向回答你，
不是只有笼统的说明。
2. 招生委员每周二开会讨论，所以结果预计隔周二之後就会公布了。
