标题Re: [问题] Questions about essays

Hey there, happy to offer up some help here. The question asks what matters
most to you—so if there is more than one thing, yes, you can certainly list
both. But generally speaking, the best answers will always find a way to
weave these two types of ideas…into ONE narrative. One overarching idea.
That is what we encourage all our friends and clients to do. And optional
essays should only be used to address things that are CRITICAL to your app—
donˆt just use them to fill in other essays youˆve written elsewhere.
Instead, talk about low GPA, weak GMAT, etc. That is the way to use that
essay—and the shorter the better. NEVER longer than 500 words…

※ 引述《askMBA (PTT_MBA)》之铭言:
: For questions like "What matters most to you?”with word limit 750, can I
: list two or just one? If I have two, do I weave them into the same story,
: or can I leave them as separate stories?
: Some "Additional information" or "Optional essays" don't specify word limits.
: Should I take advantage of it and write another full length essay, or how
: many word limit do you suggest for this section?
