Hello my friend. Always happy to answer questions for our friends in Taiwan!
J The answer is that NO, you should not get a subordinate to write you a
letter of recommendation. In fact, most schools will be very specific about
this in their applications. Now once you have submitted your apps (with the
two or three LORs that the school requested) these folks can write ADDITIONAL
LORs. But no, people who work for you should never submit formal LORs—they
have no credibility. Do you know anyone else who has attended great MBA
programs, who can write you letters of recommendation? That would be ideal…
