标题[求救] iPadOS 16.1 (20B5045d)页面滑动bug

各位好
目前ipad pro 12.9 M1, 版本iPadOS 16.1 (20B5045d)
整个系统均出现以下的滑动bug(滑动页面时要等一段时间、距离，页面才会动)
