标题[求救] 萤幕最上面的工具栏

最近遇到了一个感觉有点愚蠢的问题 可是却不到解决的方法
目前我mac 的os我只用了一个礼拜 xdd
不是很了解系统
所以想上来请各位大大帮忙解决
我最近装了"Pleex Media"这款软体
但是後来发现它其实蛮多功能我用不到
想要删除他 删掉之後
他在萤幕最上面那条工具列 蓝芽的左边 有程式的捷径
(点下去一样会往下出现选单那种)
可是捷径却没消失 >__< 看起来挺讨厌的 XD
想请问各位大大
要如何去掉那个奇怪的捷径 谢谢

我咕狗了一下 看到许多PLEX的USER也有这方面的困扰
在他们官网的讨论区看到:
I represent MacPaw - developer of CleanMyMac. As jayman978 said, there is
more files related to Plex that CleanMyMac has found. So thank you for
reporting this issue, we'll check why this happened.
Additionally to jayman978 answer I can add that Plex installs it's Media
Server as Launch Service, which could be removed with CleanMyMac. All Launch
Services are shown in it's "Extensions" -> "Plugins" section. Just open it
and expand "Startup Items" group. Here you'll see
"com.plexapp.mediaserver.plist". Check it and click "Uninstall". See attached
screenshot for more details.
其中我想知道的是倒数第四行的"Extensions" -> "Plugins"在中文的MAC系统中翻做什麽
又会出现在哪呢 谢谢解答 XD
