Witness watching a horrible murder happened at the park. There were two Asian-looking persons hitting a tame cat by a stick until it died very painfully in the midnight of September 21, 2010 at the Wenzhou Park. When the witness heard the cat’s painful miaow and looked at the murderers, they grasped the hurt cat to put into their T-shirt and rode their bikes away very soon. then the witness E-mailed to one of his friends to share that how cruel the resident was to hit a cat until death at midnight in the park. Two days later, the community security guards found two suspects wondering near the park and putting a bloody stick with nails on their bikes. After a check with the police, they are male, not residents, and possibility just for fun. Therefore, the witness is wanted urgently. We would appreciate it very much if you were the witness. Our phone number is : W.C.SPT Captain 0910114036 Mr. Ho 追缉 虐杀猫之凶手 寻找目击证人 小动物何其无辜？无条件信任人类却遭受如此残害！！ 当他们痛苦倒在地上睁着不可置信的大眼睛， 无言的询问「为什麽这样对我，我做错了什麽??」 人类情何以堪？真令人心痛！ 9/23有外籍目击者前往哥德餐厅指出9/21/11：00pm-12：00pm之间 於大学里温州公园哥德餐厅前，有两男用棍棒恶意殴打虐杀街猫， 并装入T-shirt内，对於听到惨叫而上前出声询问的他，没有理会的骑车走人。 由於甚感此行径令人发指，震惊的他当下甚至传送讯息 给住在此地的朋友： 「这个社区会有人会攻击动物！」 疑凶手藉猫咪温和亲人容易下手之际，攻击毫无反击能力之小动物，行为之残暴， 泯灭人性。经TNR志工查证， 本里至少有三只以上已结紮领域性强、个性温驯与里民互动良好之街猫失踪多日。 凶手特徵：两亚裔人士 骑脚踏车 携带棍棒 车前放有装猫屍体用衬衫 9/26 12:30am深夜居民通报有可疑之两人，在温州公园附近，持棍棒游荡逗留多时， 相助队员上前询问时，除语焉不详，更於员警上前盘查时逃跑， 在追逐500公尺後拦截一人，虽已带往警察局做笔录，但因温州公园此处无监视录影器， 对方一概推说不知道及不会讲中文，且攻击行为目击者之外国人当时也未留下资料， 在无确认任何直接证据情况下，除无法将之定罪，更只能於同伴送来护照等证件，核定 该身份无误後放其离去。查份为师大国语文中心越南籍学生。 「动物保护法」已针对虐待动物致死或重伤等行为提高罚锾及纳入刑罚， 最高可处100万元罚锾或1年以下有期徒刑 恳求寻找那位善心通报的外国友人及更多目击证人、摄影影片， 若不将此二人接受法律制裁，其心之残 （其扣留证物木棍上除染有怵目惊心的血迹及遍布铁钉）， 用这样的东西对付毫无抵抗能力之小动物，可见其对生命之不尊重， 若不加以吓阻，除往後可能有更多性命牺牲，并有可能危害大学里之里民安危。 如有任何蛛丝马迹请立刻与社区巡逻队联络 0910114036队长 何承翰 --
