标题Worldparcel包裹来人不在家, 但司机没留通知单

家人从台湾邮局寄EMS快递包裹来英国给我,
今天上网查发现状态是东西在我这一区的邮局,
然後状态显示“Our driver has taken your parcel to a local Post Office for the
addressee to collect. The card left by our driver will give the details of the
Post Office. This card and a form of ID should be taken when collecting the p
arcel.”
重点是我信箱没有司机留下的通知单,
这该怎麽领取我的包裹? QAQ
