2.屋况/坪数: 楼梯公寓顶楼+顶加, 权状:40坪左右
3.转贷: 3年前於富邦贷700w, 本月期满想转贷, 剩余620w左右
4.年限: 20年。

a.转贷。
b.外商科技业约5年年资(现职工作约1.5年,全球前500大,年收入约160W,
老婆为补习业, 家庭年所得约240w)
c.无信用不良纪录。
d.不动产在老婆名下。
烦请站内信提供银行名称 利率以及相关规定(需绑约否,年限,设定费,转贷费)
或提供连络方式以便进一步询问,
目前只考虑一段式房贷, 利率1.9以下
