天生被动也改了
被动的攻速效果会堆叠而不是只有更新效果 这个改动会让KASS得到相当大的攻速
并且可以让效果持续得更长(简单来说就是被动更快更持久了)

丢枪的MANA消耗提高 还蛮高
晕的CD统一改到12秒 持续时间统一从1.5秒改到最多晕2秒
现在晕会跟咒语盾有互动了(大概是我晕你可以用BANSHEE吃掉之类的
戳戳 基础伤害降低 伤害增幅也降低
随之而来的是CD减少(晕有改 戳没改 好吧还算有用)
伟大的跳插不会因为你比较大只而比较痛
伟大的跳插现在会跟咒语盾互动
