Liverpool can confirm Sebastian Coates has joined Sunderland on a season-long
loan deal.
The Uruguayan defender will spend the 2014-15 campaign at the Stadium of
Light after completing a switch to the Black Cats today.
Coates has made 24 appearances and scored two goals for the Reds since
joining from Nacional in August 2011.
