The 21-year-old made just two first-team appearances at Anfield, with his only start coming in a Europa League tie away at Anzhi Makachkala in November 2012. A product of the Liverpool Academy, Coady spent last season on loan at Sheffield United where he appeared in the FA Cup semi-final against Hull City. He will team up with a couple of former Academy players at the John Smith's Stadium in Adam Hammill and Lee Peltier.
