ext3的限制？
那就割一块ext3出来作 /boot 放kernels，约100 MB就够了
其它割xfs就好啦~ (ext4也行，不过还在发展中)
不过似乎你割两个ext3 partition就好了？
ext3一个partition最大到2TB
你也可以考虑用LVM，把数个PV合在一起作一个LV，视你的需求
