Taiwanese Learners’ Corpus (by Coleman Bernath, Soochow University, Taiwan)
Taiwanese Learner Corpus of English (TLCE) Developed by Rebecca Hsue-Hueh
Shih at the National Sun Yat-sen University; 726,000 words (lemmatised and
POS tagged); college English-major students in Taiwan; 26% shares the same
data with Coleman Bernath's Soochow University Corpus; plan to create a
1-million word corpus.
NTOU Corpus (by Hao-Jan Howard Chen, National Taiwan Ocean University) 53,000
word Taiwanese EFL learner corpus.
TLCE 看起来不错 你可以去找找看
而且POS都标好了 应该很好用
