《汤姆克兰西：全境封锁》於 2016 年问世，玩家在《全境封锁》中扮演受过特殊训练、
无须任何指挥体系就能完全独立运作的「国土战略局」特工、简称「The Division」。这
些特工自动自发且适应力强大，有时独自一人、有时以小团队行动，他们是扞卫现代社会
