标题[论命] 想请教工作及婚姻

工作状况:
工作一直都很不顺利，找不到一间可以久待的公司，工作上也不断有小人来侵犯，真的很希望可以找一间可以久待的公司。
婚姻状况:
结婚快两年，觉得一直无法融入夫家，无法包容他们的沟通方式，让我压力很大，也无法加入话题，而已结婚快两年了一直希望有个小宝宝，一直努力但是还是没着落。
希望大大可以指点迷津，谢谢!
