我打算报考明年的初阶授信
在金研院下载了"初阶授信简章"
可是我把档案打开
却只有以下的文字:

是不是说我的电脑少了什麽东西(the TrustView client agent?)
所以没办法看到完整的内容
那我该怎麽办呢?
