假设你莅临百货公司，想上楼却碰巧搭到下楼的手扶梯，通常会转向去找上楼的手扶梯对吧。当然，你也可以小心翼翼地在下楼的手扶梯往上爬，但即使你爬得上去、手扶梯上也没其他人，跟电扶梯赛跑也很有可能成为一件麻烦事。或许你现在就在自己的生活中做着一样的事。因为开头有了错误，自己又顽固不愿承认。不过亲爱的狮子们，若你认知错误并修正它，就能为自己省下许多时间与挫折。

If you visited a department store and accidentally stepped on the down escalator when you really wanted to go up, you would probably turn around and find the up escalator. You could, of course, climb gingerly up the down escalator, but even if there was no one else on the escalator and you actually could do that - it would most likely just result in aggravation as you race against the escalator.
You may be doing something equivalent now in your life because it began with a mistake, and you may be too stubborn to admit it. But if you acknowledge what is wrong and correct it, you will save yourself a lot of time and frustration, dear Leo.

都试过一次就知道哪种方式更适合自己，也不会再心心念念「如果当时...」了
