维持一段远距离关系是件苦差事。少了肢体上的亲密，也无法如同人在当场一般跟对方有同样的共鸣，要维持同等的亲昵及情深将会是个挑战。因为生活忙碌或其他原因，你也许在跟一位实际距离未必真的那麽远的人经历远距离关系。重新安排行程，并拨出一点时间跟对方相处的话，或许你们能重回正轨。如果这是可行的，就去试着规划吧。这能有效地增进你们之间的关系。

Maintaining a long-distance relationship can be a difficult thing to do. When you don't have that physical closeness, and you can't pick up that person's vibration in the same way as you would in person, it may be challenging to remain at the same level of intimacy and depth.
You may now be experiencing a long-distance relationship with someone who isn't necessarily all that far away, distance-wise, but because of a busy schedule or other reasons. If you rearranged your schedule and set aside time to be with this person, you could get back on track. If this is possible now, try to create a plan. It would enhance your connection significantly.
