突然之间，好像大家都需要你，连你只稍微尬一脚的事都需要你关注。有时就是会这样。你在建立领导力，不过有时候你会高估自己的能力，变得一次处理太多事。就是在说现在，你的责任已经多到满出来了。尽管如此，你还是齁得住。虽然你大概不想这麽做，不过把一些工作分派给其他人会帮你减轻许多负担。毕竟再怎麽说，这些事很大机率本来就是他们该负责的。 -------------- 原文: It may seem that suddenly everyone needs you, and every task you are even mildly engaged in requires your attention. Sometimes it happens that way. You are built for leadership, Leo, but sometimes you overestimate your ability to deal with so many things all at once. That may be the case right now, and your plate may be overflowing with obligations. Nonetheless, you can handle it. You may not want to, but delegating certain obligations to others would lighten your load significantly.
