【工作内容】
Draft, review and translate contracts and other legal documentation to ensure all relevent legislation is complied with, identify and minimize potential contractual risks;
Participate in external negotitation with business teams;
Develop bilingual templates of contracts or other legal documents for daily business operation;
Monitor a thorough understanding of the legal development, perform legal research,
communicate with various government authorities to understand the most recent regulatory developments, and advise various functional departments on the legal interpretation, implications and opportunities for the company’s operations;

适合期待年薪NT$2.5-3.3M的人选
【特别条件】
1.have 10 years legal experience,fluent in English
2.familiar with investment contract and general corporate work
3.experiences in computer and electronics manufacturing industry
4.有带过5位上下Lagal team
