标题[学习] 语言交换室友/Roommate for language exc

现在住的公寓，一位室友将搬离，
因此想找看看有没有刚好想语言交换(中文/英文)且也在找房子的人，
如果是母语是英文的朋友欢迎考虑或介绍此讯息。
房子位在石牌捷运站，步行五分钟可达，交通、饮食都十分便利。
房子是三房两厅，有厨房及客厅可使用。
现在住着三男一女，都是年轻人，其中女室友因个人规划将搬离。
出租的是雅房，每月6500元，有意者请站内信，
或是单纯想语言交换(我中文换英语)也欢迎。

The house is an apartment. Now there are three men and one lady, all of
whom are young people. The lady will move away.
The house has a kitchen and a living room. It is near the Shipai MRT station.
