标题[问题] 最近看影集里的几个不懂的地方

我最近在看Gossip girl
他们讲的英文似乎比较口语化
有些我听不太懂意思的
放上来请教大家
1.「I may as well have....」这个是我希望会发生的意思吗？
2.「kinda」这个字一直有出现，好像是某些字的缩写，可是我不知道是甚麽@@
他们在里面用到一句「I kinda figured that...」
3.在宴会上想要发表感言或是讲话的时候，会敲敲杯子请大家注意
为什麽用「prpose a toast」呢？而且字幕翻译写「让我们乾一杯」
这几个搞不太懂@@
