有几点困惑也请帮忙解答：
1- 句子中那三分之二，也就是十万人是在十五万人里面吗？还是另外的十万人？
2 - 而十万年轻人never die of 又是什麽呢？
3- 还有最後一句的 What's silly is to suggest that they're problems on a scale
that justifies condemning 100,000 people a day to an unnecessarily early
death forever ，到底那十万人又怎麽了？
完全败给了十万人
