标题[翻译]英文自传校正

最近在写英文自传，不过本身英文不是很好，但是还是有自行去翻译
不过怕翻译的太烂，不知道有人可以帮我校正一下吗^.^
我的名字叫XXX，即将於12月退伍。从小到大，父母亲民主的教育方式培养我独立自主
、积极、负责、主动的生活态度，也因此让我有许多机会可以规划自己的未来。
My name is XXX, I will leave the army in December soon. Parents'
democracy education way, that bring up me independence and the initiative,
positive, responsible, and initiative life attitude, furthermore let me have
a lot of chances to plan my future.
学历上依序毕业於元智大学-化学工程与材料科学学系，国立台湾大学-高分子科学与
工程学研究所，课程学习上主要以「化学工程」、「高分子科学」为主。
1.化学工程：从大学开始学习单元操作与输送现象、化工热力学、化工动力学、仪器分析
…等基本知识，并实际操作过气相层析仪(GC)、液相层析仪(LC)、高效液相层析仪(HPLC)
、傅立叶转换分光光度计(FTIR)…等仪器。
2.高分子科学：从研究所开始接触高分子物理、高等高分子化学、高分子形态学、高分子
薄膜等基本知识。
Review my period of school, My university graduated from the Department of
Chemical Engineerling & Materials Science, Yuan-Ze University. My graduate
school graduated from the Institute of Polymer Science & Engineerling, National
Taiwan University. It is mainly "the Chemical Engineerling" and "the Polymer
Science".
1. the Chemical Engineerling : From university, begin to be study "Unit
Operations and Transport Phenomena"、"Chemical Reaction Thermodynamics"、
"instrumental analysis" ,etc. I actually operated "gas chromatography，GC"、
"liquid chromatography，LC"、"high performance liquid chromatography，HPLC"、
"fourier-transform spectrophotometer，FTIR" ,etc.
2. the Polymer Science : From graduate school, begin to be study "Polymer
Physics"、"Advanced Polymer Chemistry"、"Polymer Morphology"、"Polymer
Membranes" , etc.
