这是所谓「虚受词」的句型，
因为担任受词的不定词子句过长，所以移往句末，
在原本受词的位置上使用虚受词it，以维持原本受词和受词补语语意的完整性，
道理跟虚主词相同.....
虚主词：
[For you to try to help your friends] is important.
=> [It] is importnat [for you to try to help your friends].
虚受词：
I consider [for you to try to help your friends] important.
=> I consider [it] important [for you to try to help your friends].
如果不清楚的话，可以参照高中职英文课本，都有虚受词的句型，
亦或是翻阅稍具规模的文法书都有更仔细的说明....
