标题[徵求] 在台中或新竹的英语教学者

我并不是要徵家教
而是需要有英语教学的人帮我填写一份文件
不知道这里有适合的人可以帮忙吗
I need a person who works as a director of
course in English at binational center or a
teacher of English whoes native language is
English.
Since I am apply on a certain program that
requires a person as described above to endorse
my proficiency in English, I am urget to have
a person who could do this favor to me.
