标题[问题] Syntax--shared constituent coordination

例如说
He eats lunch and she eats dinner with spoons.
[with spoos]是被share的部份
但 [He eats lunch]和[she eats dinner] 是什麽结构?
可以是 IP 吗? 但是後面的 with spoons 应该是 I 的 complement
就很奇怪了 ~"~
