标题[问题] too跟also的差异点??

我想请问大家too跟also除了放在句子里的位置不同之外,还有其他差异点吗?
(1) John is a teacher,and Mary is,too.
(2) John is a teacher,and Mary is also a teacher.
(3) John is a teacher,and he is also a doctor.
(4) John is a teacher, and he is a doctor,too.
以上四句皆可成立吗？？
