"I just felt like he was just talking. It's a debate. The thing is that we
would never know. I think we would have killed them. He thinks they would
have killed us. You guys decide. It's just a debate."
谈到日前 Shaq 提起的 All-Time 湖人公牛大乱斗，MJ的回应是：
「我觉得他只是纸上谈兵而已，这有争议，我们永远无法知道答案。
我想我们(公牛队)可以摧毁他们(湖人队)，他觉得他们可以摧毁我们。
答案给你们决定吧，这有得争论。」
What kind of advice would I give Kobe Bryant?
[Uncomfortable laughter in the crowd.]
"Actually, Kobe and I are good friends. I like Kobe, we talk a lot, I hope he
comes back healthy. I think he's one of the great players of the game, I
think he's done a lot for the game, and he has a true love for the game of
basketball. I absolutely have high regard for Kobe Bryant.
"Even though he stole all my moves, but that's OK. I still love him like a
brother."
你可以给 Kobe 甚麽建议？ (场边传来不舒服的笑声)
「事实上，Kobe跟我是好朋友。我喜欢 Kobe，我们谈了很多。
我希望他可以健康的回到场上，我想他是场上最棒的球员之一，
想想看他在场上贡献了那麽多，他对篮球是真的有爱，我绝对非常尊敬他。
虽然他偷了我全部的招式，但是还 OK 啦，我仍然像兄弟一样爱他！」
