But how the Lakers played earlier in the season has dampened your enthusiam for their chances in the playoffs. Their record over the last 13 games is 10 - 3. And it's not just the wins, it's how they are winning. But coach has been starting him a lot during this run, and he has responded with his game at the highest level we have seen during his young carreer. If you need a shooter, facillitator, or a guy to run the middle of the break, he seems to be able to do it all. For a guy who was originally supposed to be a small forward, he plays point guard very well. I think the Lakers chances in the playoffs are better than we all could have hoped for. Am I talking Western Conference Champions? Nope!
