标题[救命] 出现error 1719

小妹在安装painter12软体时出现
「Error 1719.Windows Installer service could not be accessed.Contact your
support personnel to verify that it is priperly registered and enabled」
有试过重新登录跟重安装 Windows Installer仍然出现error
Itunes安装更新时也出现类似的画面
请问该如何解决?
