Hi=20 The message in blue is generally correct. But message in white (your interpretation) is wrong. It is a MiKTeK setting issue, not compilation. Your problem is installation, not beamer installation. Go to MiKTeX webside and download MiKTeX portable into a usb > 4GB. And the= n click the file to start LaTeX installation automatically. (May take time,= click yes for everything). Such approach is less hassling and works for me= .. This should give you a portable LaTeX that you can work on the go. There is a TeXworks editor you can use. Google the keyword to get more details, acting like a detector. It is fun a= nd satisfying.
