标题[问题] 关於"Reference"此标题的修改

遇上LaTex不到半个月
望各位先进不吝示下 <(_ _)>

上礼拜
教授令我从WORD转一篇文章(用LaTex)
由於教授另外给我一篇参考用paper
要求所转换的格式需与其相同......... 〒△〒
(以下是我的格式)
\documentclass[a4paper,twocolumn,10pt]{article}
\usepackage{titlesec}
\titleformat{\section}[runin]{\bf\normalsize}{\thesection.}{1mm}{}[\\]----(1)
\renewcommand{\refname}{\centering bib}-----------(2)
........
\begin{document}
.......
\begin{thebibliography}{50}
......
\end{thebib...}
\end{document}
请问
我要如何
使得 "References"标题置中并与其下文献内文无空白相隔??
(1)\titleformat ====> 不起作用(section部分ok但....)
(2)\renewcommand... ====> 我仅能做到改名成"bib"...
我忽略了什麽吗 〒△〒
