标题[问题] 无法成功install需要的package

我想要install "caption" 这个package
以往都是透过 MikTeX package manager 这套软体install 新的package
也都没有问题
但是今天在尝试的时候却一直出现install failure的讯息如下:

我有试过另外从网路上抓 caption 这个package来更新
可是还是会失败
请问有人也遇过类似的问题吗? 谢谢
