标题[问题] 事故对象19岁但调解不顺现已20岁怎办?

109/12/15与我事故对象为19岁民法时间点未成年
但现在110年2月了，他好像成年20岁了了
但调解不顺还没调解完
民法187条的他亲属的连带责任的认定会否会出问题呢???
